Pool Agreement

Bit-O-Heaven Pool Rules:

• Showers MUST be taken before entering the Pool and Spa EVERYTIME you enter!
• No suntan lotion, shampoo or any type of soaps in the Pool and Spa
• All Animals, except for Service Animals are prohibited from entering the Pool, Spa, Bathrooms and Pool Area.
• Food or drink is prohibited in the Pool or Spa area. Please use covered eating area for Food. Plastic water bottles are permitted.
• No Glass or other breakable items of any kind are permitted.
• Alcohol of any kind is prohibited in Pool, Spa, Bathrooms and Pool Area
• Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be prohibited from entering the Pool, Spa and Pool Area.
• No Spitting or bodily fluids in the Pool and Spa.
• Any person who appears to be afflicted with cuts, open sores, skin disease, communicable diseases, colds, fever, infection, or other personal ailments are prohibited from entering the water. No band aids in Pool and Spa please.
• Proper swim attire is mandatory. No jeans, cut offs, colored t-shirts, regular shorts, street clothing or street shoes allowed in the Pool and Spa!
• No Person shall bring or throw into the Pool, Spa, Pool Area and Bathrooms, any object that may in any way endanger the safety of any person or cause damage to the pool filtration systems. All float and swim devices must be kept in excellent condition.
• Actions which result in disturbance of others (i.e., loud music, running, pushing, throwing objects, rough play, etc.) will NOT be permitted!
• No Smoking in Pool, Spa, Bathrooms and Pool Area
• If swimmers are not toilet trained, water resistant swimmer diapers & bathing suits must be worn to enter the Pool
• All Children under 18 MUST have adult supervision. Children will not be permitted in the pool area from 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm daily. This time is reserved for Adult Swim.
• Pool is for Resident Use! All guests must pay a $2.00 per guest per day fee at the community office. A maximum of 3 guests per resident is allowed in pool area at any time.  Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests and all guests must always obey all rules or be asked to leave.
• All persons using the Pool and Spa do so at their own risk,
• Management reserves the right to close the swimming Pool and Spa at its discretion.
• Pool and Spa will close during any severe or dangerous weather conditions.
• Management reserves the right to deny use to anyone at any time.
• Violation of these rules will be sufficient cause to suspend pool privileges and / or eviction from the park for repeat offenders.
• Bit-O-Heaven will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items. The Pool area is NOT for personal storage of flotation devices (i.e., pool noodles, rafts etc.) Residents and guests should be removing their floats daily. Floats/rafts found left at the pool will be stored by the park for one week then disposed of.
• Any persons caught using the pools after closure or during maintenance closures will be subject to violation and loss of pool privileges.
